The Audit Authority of Montenegro, as an independent audit body, was established by the Law on the Audit of Funds from the European Union adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro at the session held on 27 February 2012 (“Off. Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 14/2012 of 07.03.2012).
