{"id":3522,"date":"2026-04-27T07:12:09","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T07:12:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/revizorsko.electroinvest.me\/study-visit-and-internship-in-austria\/"},"modified":"2026-09-01T10:21:30","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T10:21:30","slug":"study-visit-and-internship-in-austria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revizorskotijelo.me\/en\/study-visit-and-internship-in-austria\/","title":{"rendered":"Study Visit and Internship in Austria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the <strong>Twinning light project \u201cEnhancement and Strengthening of the Administrative Capacities of the Audit Authority for Auditing the IPARD III Programme and Preparation for Future Certification Activities within the framework of EAGF and EAFRD\u201d,<\/strong> representatives of the Audit Authority of Montenegro visited Austria for a study visit, in the period from 19 to 25 April 2026, with the aim of acquiring practical knowledge and experience in auditing IPARD programmes, as well as preparing for the accreditation of new measures within this important agriculture and rural development support instrument.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/revizorsko.electroinvest.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/slika-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3406\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revizorskotijelo.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/slika-2.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/www.revizorskotijelo.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/slika-2-300x225.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, the focus was on topics of particular importance for the work of the Audit Authority, such as: the application of the IACS (Integrated Administration and Control System) system, which must be established before accession to the European Union, and experience related to the accreditation of the Paying Agency, which was the subject of initial system and certification audits in accordance with the EU rules for accreditation of the management of funds of the Common Agricultural Policy. Particular emphasis was also placed on the application of international standards in the area of agriculture, the so-called SMR (Statutory Management Requirements) and GAEC (Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions), which Montenegro will also have to apply after accession to the EU.
