The plan provides for financial support in the amount of EUR 6 billion for the period 2024\u20132027, which includes a combination of grants and favourable loans. For Montenegro, a total of EUR 383.5 million is earmarked, of which EUR 110 million is grants and EUR 273.5 million is favourable loans. Part of the funds will be allocated as budget support, while the remainder will be directed towards financing infrastructure projects through the Western Balkans Investment Framework. Its primary purpose is to accelerate economic growth, strengthen institutional stability, and speed up Montenegro\u2019s economic convergence towards the European Union\u2019s average.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ff9923 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2ff9923\"
